Hello, I'm Katrina Blair, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life's challenges. As a Certified (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant, I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. I also integrate the Flash Technique as part of EMDR therapy to provide added relief for those healing from trauma.

As a multicultural, BIPOC therapist, I bring a deep understanding of cultural identities. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental and supportive space where all clients feel seen and valid.

In addition to therapy, I offer individual and group EMDR consultation for clinicians, focusing on case discussions, EMDR theory, and integration of somatic processes and attachment work and cultural considerations in therapy. I'm passionate about supporting other therapist in their journey to provide compassionate and effective care.

Recently, I became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), further enhancing my ability to help clients connect with their bodies and find balance through mindful movement and breathwork. Combining yoga principles with my therapeutic approach offers a holistic path to healing and wellbeing.

As Co-Founder and Vice President of Alpha Behavioral Counseling Center and Chief Operation Officer of Omega Mental Health, I have dedicated my career to serving the Fresno community and beyond. My work with diverse population has equipped me to address complex issues with compassion and expertise.
