My name is Jasmeen Dhillon and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a Master’s degree in Counseling from National University. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), equipping me to support individuals in processing and healing from challenging experiences.
I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, and judgment-free space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. With a strong emphasis on cultural diversity and inclusivity, I strive to meet each client where they are and tailor the therapeutic process to their unique needs.
My approach integrates elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), allowing me to offer personalized tools and strategies to help clients navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful growth.
I am passionate about fostering positive change, both in the lives of the individuals I work with and within the broader mental health community.
